Ioannis N. Pinopoulos is an Assistant Professor in Applied Microeconomics at the Department of Business Administration of the Athens University of Economics and Business. He holds a degree in Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2005), a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Macedonia (2009), and a PhD in Economics also from the University of Macedonia (2018).

He has been employed as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Department of Economics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In addition, he has published in recognized international scientific journals such as Economic Theory, Journal of Industrial Economics, Economics Letters, Review of Industrial Organization, Managerial and Decision Economics, etc.

His research interests focus on: Microeconomic Theory, Game Theory, Industrial Organization.
